The Coral Springs Marriott at Heron Bay (formerly Radisson Resort Coral Springs) is a full service resort located just off the Sawgrass Expressway, midway between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton in the exclusive Heron Bay section of Coral Springs.

Coral Springs Marriott General Policies:

Check-In time is 4:00 pm and Check-Out time is 12:00 pm. Guests may check in earlier, based upon availability. The resort will provide baggage check and a changing room if requested.

Extra person charge is $20 per night for each occupant above 2. There is a 6 person maximum per room.

Children under 17 stay free in same room as parents.

Reservations Information:

• When making your reservations, you must identify yourself with the group name: FOCAPO Conference.
• Rates do not include a 11% state and local taxes. (subject to change)
• These rates will be available to our attendees 3 days prior and 3 days following the conference as long as rooms are available.
• A credit card number is required upon booking your reservation.
• All reservations must be guaranteed for the first night's room and tax with a major credit card or advance deposit.
• Reservations canceled prior to 72 hours of arrival date will receive a full refund.
• No refunds are made for cancellations received after the 72 hour deadline.
• The resort will fax or e-mail confirmations to attendees upon their request. Otherwise, confirmations will be mailed.
• An early departure fee of 50% of the room rate will apply.
• No shows will be charged one night's room and tax. Medical, death and family emergency situations will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the reservations manager. Documentation may be required.

Car Rental: The rental car companies listed below have counters in each terminal. Avis, Budget, Dollar, and National have on-airport facilities. Car return areas for on-site agencies are located along East Perimeter and Service Roads and can be reached from the main entrance or via Perimeter Road off of Griffin Road. Upon entering the terminal area, follow the signs to your rental car company. All companies provide shuttle service to and from the terminals.

The following rental car companies also provide car rental service but do not have counters at the airport:

Business Service and Currency Center: ATM's are located in each Concourse. Phone cards, travel insurance, US postage stamps, US postal mail drop, FEDEX drop, and fax machines are located in the Main office in Terminal 2.

Currency exchange in Terminal 2 between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 8:00 p.m. and in the Customs area, lower level Terminal 4, during international inbound flights. Other services available in Terminal 2 are photo copies and money wires.

Taxi/Yellow Cab: Available on demand. Check in at the Transportation Podium located lower level, curbside of each terminal. Rate comparison charts are posted at each podium or click on Typical Rates for the information. From the Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport (FLL):

Fort Lauderdale is approximately 24 miles northwest. Exit Airport to I-595 West, to Sawgrass Expressway (FL-869) North, to Coral Ridge Drive, (Exit 10). Left on Coral Ridge Dr, go approx. 1/4 mile to Heron Bay Boulevard. Left on Heron Bay Boulevard, the hotel is just ahead on the right.

From the Miami International Airport (MIA):

Miami is approximately 40 miles north. Exit Airport to Expressway 836 West, to Expressway 826 North, to I-75 North to Sawgrass Expressway (FL-869) North. Exit at Coral Ridge Drive (Exit 10). Left on Coral Ridge, follow approx. 1/4 mile to Heron Bay Blvd. Left on Heron Bay, the hotel is just ahead on the right.

From the Palm Beach Airport (PBI):

Palm Beach is approximately 45 miles southwest. I-95 South to SW 10th Street Exit. Go right (West) on SW 10th street which turns into the Sawgrass Expressway. Follow Sawgrass Expressway (FL-869) to Coral Ridge Drive (Exit 10). Right on Coral Ridge Drive. Go approx. 1/4 mile to Heron Bay Boulevard. Left on Heron Bay Boulevard. The hotel is just ahead on the right.
