The size of the conference will be limited to 150 participants. Selection of participants will be based on first-come/first-serve basis. Conference Fee The conference fee includes one copy of the proceedings volume, the Sunday opening reception and Tuesday evening conference banquet (Tuesday evening) and refreshments during program breaks. Optional Fees Guests may attend the Sunday reception ($25 per person) and the Tuesday banquet ($45 per person). Guests are also welcome to participate in the Meal Plan ($89 per person).
