Registration

The size of the conference will be limited to 150 participants. Selection of participants will be based on first-come/first-serve basis.

Conference Fee
$595 Before Received by November 15, 2002
$695 Received after November 15, 2002
Graduate students $395

The conference fee includes one copy of the proceedings volume, the Sunday opening reception and Tuesday evening conference banquet (Tuesday evening) and refreshments during program breaks.

Optional Fees
The Meal Plan includes breakfast and lunch Monday through Wednesday. The cost is $89 per person. Meal plans must be purchased in advanced and cannot be purchased onsite.

Guests may attend the Sunday reception ($25 per person) and the Tuesday banquet ($45 per person). Guests are also welcome to participate in the Meal Plan ($89 per person). Guests must be signed up in advance and cannot purchase tickets onsite.

Written cancellations received before December 15, 2002 will be subject to a
$75 administrative charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations after
this date, but substitutes are accepted.

Payments must be made in U.S. dollars whether by check, purchase order or
credit card. Checks & purchase orders must be made out to the CACHE
Corporation and mailed to:
